Dominican Republic’s economy will grow 5.5% in 2021 according to the IMF's World Economic Outlook
The Dominican Republic’s economy will grow in 2021 more than initially expected according to new estimations presented by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). This positive update published in the IMF's World Economic Outlook this month, predicts an expansion of 5,5% in 2021 for the Dominican economy, a figure that surpasses the earlier estimation set at 4% by the financal institution in October 2020.
Dominican IT companies participate in the INDIA-LAC IT Connect during the 21st edition of INDIASOFT
The Dominican Republic was represented by a sizable delegation of companies at the INDIA-LAC IT Connect, which took place on 30th and 31st of March 2021, as a dedicated segment for Latinamerican and Indian businesses during the 21st edition of the INDIASOFT global networking IT event. The participation of the Dominican companies was coordinated in a joint effort between the the Cyberpark of Santo Domingo and the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in India.
