Dominican Artist Amy Hussein Residence at Khoj Studio

Delhi – With the support of the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in India, the Khoj International Residency 2024 welcomed the Dominican Artist Amy Hussein, from 26th March to 09 May 2024.  Her selection to participate in the Khoj International Residency Program 2024 was the result of an open call in which dozens of artists and designers from the Dominican Republic submitted their proposals.

This year’s Khoj international residency program focussed in the intersections of craft, design, and technology with practitioners from Dominican Republic, France, Australia and India. The Khoj International Residency Open Day, held on the 8th and 9th of May, 2024, at Khoj Studios in New Delhi, showcased the works developed by the participants of the residency program, including new pieces by Amy Hussein.
