Non-Holders of a USA / UK / Canada / Schengen visa:

Requirements:   

o Visa Form. Fully completed and signed.

o One recently taken photos must be attached. Both photos must be taken within the last three months, white background

o A valid passport. Not older than 10 years and it should be valid for at least three more months beyond the date you plan to leave Schengen area. Older passports with valid visas on them (if you have any).

o Travel itinerary. No confirmed booking required.

o Proof of accommodation. A document that shows where you will be accommodated throughout your stay in Schengen. This can be one of the following:

• A hotel/hostel booking.

• A letter of invitation from a host at whose house you will be staying.

• Copy of the identity card of the Guarantor. 

• An invitation letter must be in Spanish, should be notarized and legalized by Procuraduría General de la República Dominicana and it should include the below mentioned clause:

“Garantizo que (nombre, nacionalidad y pasaporte), no permanecerá en la República Dominicana más tiempo que el concedido por la Dirección General de Migración, ni solicitara residencia o cambio de estatus migratorio desde el territorio dominicano, dedicándose exclusivamente a la actividad por la cual le fue otorgado el visado. Me hago moral y económicamente responsable de su retorno a su país de origen, asumiendo pagar a favor del Estado Dominicano cualquier gasto en que dicha persona pueda incurrir durante su estancia en el país, o que se origine como consecuencial de su repatriación o deportación del mismo”.

o Proof of Economic Solvency. Evidence that you have enough money to support yourself financially throughout your stay in the Schengen. This can be one of the following:

• Bank account statement – that shows you have enough money in your account for the trip. The statement shall be no older than 3 months.

• A letter from Bank- Date of opening of an account, annual average balance maintained during the year, Date of last Deposit.

• A combination of your bank account statement and bank letter.
