Indian poet Subro Bandopadhyay visits Dominican Republic

 Santo Domingo - Indian poet Subro Bandopadhyay participated in the XII International Poetry Week of Santo Domingo 2023, held from October 19 to 25, 2023. Subro Bandopadhyay was graciously invited to the Dominican Republic by the Cultural Spaces Foundation, the organizing entity behind the Santo Domingo International Poetry Week.

During his immersive stay in the Dominican Republic, he participated in  four readings with fellow Dominican and International poets, held in the capital city, Santo Domingo, Santiago, and La Romana.
